Margaret Wiermanski is the Managing Member of Rapid Execution Services, LLC (RapidEx), a FINRA broker dealer that is also a certified Woman’s Owned Business. RapidEx’s primary service offerings are capital management and technology consulting services to other broker dealers. It’s genesis is to provide a platform for Ms. Wiermanski’s client base seeking her expertise derived from almost forty years within the financial derivative trading space. Ms. Wiermanski is currently a Board Member of the ErisX Exchange, a futures exchange on which spot and futures contracts on cryptocurrencies are traded. In this capacity she also serves on the ErisX Regulatory Oversight Committee.
She has held senior management positions with major options and futures proprietary trading firms: COO of Chicago Trading Company, CCO of TD Options and COO/CCO of LETCO. She was also the COO of OptionsCity Software, Inc., a financial technology company that developed a front-end trading system for options and futures traders. A common theme throughout her career is spearheading the conversion of companies in their start-up phase into full scale enterprises.
